Web experience to send and read christmas greetings.

CREATIVE DIRECTION – WEB DESIGN – UX

The main experience was designed as a parallax website where users would move right and left with different origami figures and hanging snow flakes. Each snowflake was created by a visitor and had a unique design and represented a christmas greeting sent by a user. Other visitors could click on different snowflakes to see the christmas greeting. The website used Facebook Connect to enable users to share their creations.

The central element of the website was the snowflake creator, inspired by real world paper folding and cutting technique. 
Users would be presented a "folded paper" and they would use the computer mouse to "cut" and design the snowflake and add it to their christmas greeting card.

After finishing and sending the christmas greeting it would be added to the website as a hanging snowflake where other visitors could open and read it.
